MLA operates through a layered structure comprising IP holding, film production, and community-focused entities.

Magic Lands Creations Pty Ltd manages the underlying intellectual property and creative development, while individual screen projects are produced through dedicated special purpose production vehicles (SPVs).

Community education, cultural engagement, and long-term legacy initiatives are supported through aligned Magic Lands Community Trust and partnership structures.

Approximately 60% of Project 1 funding is currently under conditional agreement (May, 2026), with funding to be released once the remaining finance has been secured by Magic Lands Community Trust.
